<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Teller serves as a key team member, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming banking</p> <p>experience. As the first point of contact, this position is responsible for engaging with customers, building strong relationships,</p> <p>and providing personalized assistance. Key responsibilities include processing various financial transactions, such as deposits,</p> <p>withdrawals, and loan payments, for both retail and business accounts. The Teller is also equipped with the necessary training</p> <p>and resources to identify opportunities for referrals, helping customers discover additional banking solutions that meet their</p> <p>needs.</p> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <p>High school diploma OR GED required.</p> <p>Ability to travel as needed to training</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Process transactions through the teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including, but not limited to,</p> <p>deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash advances.</p> <p>Meet established referral goals.</p> <p>Maintain cash flow and security drawers, terminals, and other valuables.</p> <p>Manage a teller window while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.</p> <p>Multitasking skills to quickly shift from transaction to transaction.</p> <p>Arithmetic skills to count money accurately.</p> <p>Computer literacy to access account information and process transactions.</p> <p>Develop a thorough knowledge of Bank products and guidelines by attending the required classes.</p> <p>Process transactions in an accurate and efficient manner while providing quality customer service.</p> <p>Maintain a professional appearance and always conduct yourself in a professional manner.</p> <p>Maintain the highest level of professional integrity and ethics.</p> <p>All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by</p> <p>understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar</p> <p>Bank's risk management program.
