<p>Position Overview: Recruit quality candidates and assist in Qualified Pending to satisfy driver and capacity needs for Operating Companies.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Work with Recruiting Manager and operating companies to source and qualify candidates for driving positions. </li><li>Constantly communicate with operating companies about open positions. Develop trust and partnership with opcos. </li><li>Manage 2-3 calls each week with operating companies to go over driver pipeline. Look for any issues that may need to be addressed to positively affect hiring. </li><li>Work with Recruiting Manager to train processors. Invest time in them as valuable members of our team. </li><li>Make outbound and answer incoming recruiting calls throughout the day. </li><li>Recruit and process applicants from initial contact to Qualified Pending by Safety Risk Management. </li><li>Track and update all applicants in Tenstreet platform. </li><li>Ensure applicants qualify and meet SRM criteria based on information from application, 3rd party qualifying reports and VOPEs. </li><li>Responsible for verifying applicants previous driving experience as part of driver qualification. </li><li>Reduce time safety spends reviewing applications by consistently providing quality applicant files. </li><li>Manage time efficiently to handle incoming recruiting calls and applicants in Tenstreet. </li><li>Attend one training seminar each month - chosen by you or by Recruiting Manager for the team. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2 years or more experience in driver recruiting. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. </li><li>Experience using Tenstreet platform. </li><li>Proficient in DOT and FMCSA Regulations. </li><li>Strong communication skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage time well. </li></ul>
