Position includes frequent pay scale reviews.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Enforce the University of Wyoming parking regulations on campus </li><li>Provide quality customer service at all times and remain calm in stressful and sometimes difficult situations </li><li>Collect and maintain parking meters/kiosks </li><li>Data entry </li><li>Immobilize vehicles </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Transportation Services is very flexible working with student schedules. Weekly hours can range anywhere from 10 - 30 hours. The normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:45 am - 5:00 pm. Please note that this position requires occasional weekend, night, and early morning work.</p> <p>REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:</p> <p>This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Strong work ethic </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work outside in Laramie weather conditions </li><li>Ability to work in a professional team environment </li><li>Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions, including Laramie winters </li><li>Valid Driver's License with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the Driving for University Business Standard Administrative Policy and Procedure </li><li>Regular, predictable attendance is required to perform the essential duties of this position </li></ul> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Customer service experience </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED MATERIALS:</p> <ul> <li>Complete the online application </li><li>Provide contact information for 2 professional references </li><li>Complete an availability matrix.
