<p>Job ID: R0065321</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Job Description/Summary of This Role</p> <p>Responsible for supporting the success of daily payment transactions to include but not limited to processing high volumes of virtual credit card payments on behalf of our clients.</p> <p>What Part Will You Play?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Research and resolve payment issues across multiple methods of payment.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate and record root causes of payment issues to improve our operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Daily ACH account reconciliation and payment transaction monitoring.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the administrative aspects of customer on-boarding for ACH and virtual card with payment partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders as necessary to complete the above responsibilities and handle any questions or inquiries they may have</p> </li><li> <p>Offer support via phone and email; and troubleshoot issues regarding payments.</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong rapport and maintain ongoing external and internal relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Process virtual credit card proxy payments and/or high volumes of virtual card payments through multiple channels including online and via phone on the buyers' behalf.</p> </li><li> <p>Any other duty as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Remote, US Based only.</p> </li><li> <p>Mon - Fri, standard business hours</p> </li></ul> <p>What Are We Looking For in This Role?</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oral and Written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate with various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer and Internet literate</p> </li><li> <p>MS Office Suite - Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Adobe Acrobat</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to listen to and understand user issues and respond appropriately</p> </li><li> <p>Personal track record of being thorough, courteous and responsive in customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to analyze information and use logic to address customer issues and problems</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to cool-headedly manage difficult or emotional customer situations</p> </li><li> <p>Eagerness to quickly achieve a high level of understanding of the software and configuration options, and be able to communicate the value of these features to clients</p> </li></ul> <p>$22 - $25</p> <p>The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition.
