<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Implementation Strategy & Planning - Ability to partner with program leads, project managers, and technical leads to understand software and hardware capabilities and define effective production implementation strategies. </li><li>Release & Deployment Planning - Expertise in developing detailed implementation and rollout plans, including task sequencing, timelines, resource identification, and deployment coordination. </li><li>Risk & Back-Out Planning - Strong experience creating back-out and rollback plans tied to defined checkpoints to mitigate deployment risks and ensure production stability. </li><li>Change Management & Governance - Proficient in collaborating with Enterprise Change Management teams, submitting change tickets, addressing review inquiries, and securing required approvals. </li><li>CI/CD Enablement - Hands-on experience working with technical and environment teams to enable and optimize CI/CD pipelines, reducing manual intervention and accelerating deployments. </li><li>Release Execution & Issue Triage - Skilled in facilitating implementation execution calls, managing issue triage through Operations Command Centers (OCC), and escalating issues as needed for timely resolution. </li><li>Communication & Stakeholder Management - Strong ability to deliver timely, clear release status communications to program managers, business partners, and senior leadership. </li><li>Post-Release Quality & Tooling - Experience supporting post-implementation reviews (PIQA), warranty releases, and managing release artifacts and activities using Agile/SAFe tools such as Jira. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for partnering with Program Leads, Project Managers, and Software Technical leads to understand the software and Hardware capabilities being rolled out to help define the production implementation strategy. </li><li>Responsible for developing a detailed implementation plan that will include all the activities for deploying a software component, the time required for deployment, identifying the resources, and sequence of the activities. </li><li>Responsible for developing a back-out plan for the software components that will be contingent upon the various check-points during the implementation process. </li><li>Responsible for partnering with the Enterprise Change Management team to submit the Change Management tickets with appropriate task details, addressing Change Management team questions and gathering approvals for the change. </li><li>Responsible for working with Software Technical Leads, and Environment engineers to enable the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI-CD) for software components to expedite the deployments and minimize the manual intervention. </li><li>Responsible for planning, resourcing, and facilitating implementation plan review calls and Implementation execution calls for a smooth deployment and check-out. </li><li>Responsible for facilitating the calls to triage the issues that may raise during the implementation execution time by engaging the appropriate resources through Operations Command Center (OCC) and by escalating through the chain. </li><li>Responsible for timely communications of the release status to the program manager, business and Group IT leadership team. </li><li>Partner with Release Readiness Lead to arrange for the Business check-out plan and timely business communications are sent. </li><li>Participate in Post Implementation Quality Assessment (PIQA) and support the warranty releases for high priority production issues resulting from the release </li><li>Responsible for developing and managing the Release Implementation activities in Agile SAFe tools (preferably JIRA) </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 a year</p>
