The teacher establishes positive rapport with students, motivates them to develop critical literacy skills, and fosters personal growth in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The teacher is committed to ensuring that students meet or exceed State and local standards and provides targeted, differentiated instruction based on students' abilities</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Listed below are the essential tasks performed to achieve the purpose of this job.
