You'll help improve communication, language, and feeding skills through personalized care in a child's natural environment.</p> <p>Compensation & Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit </li><li>Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC </li><li>Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week </li><li>Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans </li><li>Provide therapy addressing speech, language, fluency, articulation, feeding, and swallowing </li><li>Coach families to support carryover of therapy goals at home </li><li>Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with home health standards </li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care </li></ul>
