<p>Primary Function:</p> <p>Under the direction and control of the Sales Manager, with supervision and oversight from the Sales Consultant(s), this</p> <p>position is responsible for gaining valuable insight into a career in automotive sales and leadership. This position</p> <p>performs all duties within the objectives, standards, core values, and policies of Willis Automotive.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <p>Gain industry experience and support sales teams in sales efforts including: lead generation, conducting</p> <p>market research, updating the CRM data.</p> <p>Identify potential prospects and guests, emailing, social media outreach, and cold calling</p> <p>Research industry trends, current products, competitor efforts, and perform secret shopper activities</p> <p>Utilize CRM and maintain a customer database, prepare sales proposals, and provide updates to the data as</p> <p>necessary.</p> <p>Participate in presentations; attend offsite functions including Principal Charity Classic, and shadow sales team</p> <p>members. Learn the steps to the sales process and how to develop guest rapport.</p> <p>Participate in leadership development including book club, trainings, and managerial mentorship.</p> <p>Drive vehicles and be able to travel to all dealership locations in the metro.</p> <p>Additional Duties:</p> <p>Assist in marketing efforts of the vehicles and services provided by the dealership</p> <p>Networking; engage with the team, guests, and the community</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Current undergraduate student studying business, marketing, sales, or related field</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task</p> <p>Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability required</p> <p>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the Company, sales consultant(s) and</p> <p>guest</p> <p>Physical Requirements and Work Environment:</p> <p>Will stand and move throughout dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of shift time.</p> <p>This position will spend time outdoors showing vehicles to customers and will drive vehicles in traffic during test</p> <p>drives and/or deliveries. Position may be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous</p> <p>and non-hazardous materials.</p>
