<p>The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising products.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Areas that play to your strengths</p> <p>All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:</p> <p>Expand all</p> <ul> <li> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> </li><li> <p># SALES SUPPORT</p> </li><li> <p>Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.</p> </li><li> <p>Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.</p> </li><li> <p>Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.</p> </li><li> <p>Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>#COMMUNICATION</p> </li><li> <p>May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.</p> </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Your areas of knowledge and expertise</p> <p>that matter most for this role:</p> <ul> <li>A valid US Driver's License </li><li>Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Experience merchandising is a plus </li><li>Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary </li><li>English; additional languages an advantage </li><li>Travel 0-10% </li><li>Permanent </li><li>Benefits eligible </li></ul>
