Embark Behavioral Health's IOP/PHP program in Greenwood Village is expanding, and we want you on our team to help in reducing adolescent mental health challenges!</p> <p>We offer a supportive environment focused on healing generations through empathetic, innovative care, where emotional intelligence and collaborative impact are our core values.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead collaborative team efforts through regular meetings, maintaining open communication with families and providing comprehensive support throughout treatment. </li><li>Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans across individual, family, and group therapy sessions, dynamically adapting approaches to optimize client outcomes. </li><li>Ensure rigorous documentation compliance with state regulations, maintaining confidentiality and managing interactions with relevant government agencies. </li><li>Manage program completion metrics and discharge planning, conducting thorough reviews with clients and families while adhering to established treatment standards. </li><li>Drive program effectiveness through outcomes testing, quality standards implementation, and strategic integration of service project initiatives to enhance client engagement and growth. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor,</p> </li><li> <p>Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor Candiate in the State of Colorado.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as part of the onboarding process.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree in behavioral sciences (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field)</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Established Mastery Program: You will be eligible to receive $4k in your first two years and $5k in your third year. </li><li>Enjoy a comprehensive Benefits Program, encompassing medical insurance with a generous company contribution towards a high deductible plan, dental insurance, vision insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, 401K with company matching, and paid parental leave. </li><li>Revel in the balance of Company Paid Holidays and a PTO accrual schedule. </li><li>Become part of a team led by nationally recognized industry leaders, providing you with a framework of training, support, and long-term advancement opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
