<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Providence Hospice and Palliative Care is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), PRN in Homer Glen, IL and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our established, experienced hospice team. We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing end of life.</p> <p>Schedule Available: M-F PRN with evening on call and Weekend Availability Required. Mileage Reimbursement is included at $ .725/mile.</p> <p>Pay is based on type of visit and on weekday or weekend or holiday. Pay: $60 - $95/visit on weekday, weekend and/or holiday and type of visit. Hourly for this position for training and attending meetings is $35/hour.</p> <p>Join our team and make a difference by providing dignity, comfort, and peace to patients in their final days.</p> <p>Summary of essential job functions:</p> <ul> <li>Provide skilled nursing care. </li><li>Provide case management services. </li><li>Conduct initial assessments of new patients. </li><li>Travel to patients wherever they reside: Home, nursing facility etc. </li><li>Participate in an on-call schedule. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Illinois. </li><li>At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Hospice or Home Health. </li><li>Drivers License in good standing. </li></ul> <p>EOE</p> <p>#LOW1</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$60-$95/visit</p>
