<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Operator I is responsible for managing the production process and work area from grooving to the finished product, including handling and reloading packaging materials for the production line, in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures product quality, workplace safety, efficient organization, and adherence to established processes. It requires technical expertise, the ability to perform core skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations. This position starts at $19.00 per hour. There is an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.</p> <p>The Operator II is responsible for overseeing the process and managing the work area, including tasks from the mezzanines to the groover, as well as handling and reloading raw materials onto the production line for the production line, in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures product quality, workplace safety, efficient organization, and adherence to established processes. It requires technical expertise, the ability to perform core skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations.</p> <p>Both play a critical role in supporting and sustaining the fluidity of the product lines.
