<p>REMOTE</p> <p>Summary:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive Software Development Life Cycle activities and align EmblemHealth business and technical resources.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for managing systems and all technical functions related including design, develop</p> </li><li> <p>Champion continuous quality improvement activities to increase the maturity of the IT team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for leading the planning, execution, continuous improvement, and maintenance of managed systems in coordination and cooperation with other enterprise teams as appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive planning sessions to ensure proper coordination and that capacity considerations are managed appropriately</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure results are complete, accurate, and within time/quality/budget constraints to meet commitments.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively seek opportunities to improve and lead the efforts to deliver on those opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure issues that are escalated to the team are responded to and closed out in a timely and accurate manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Consistently review and monitor results and their adherence to SLAs.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform research and identify opportunities to develop standardized business processes and technical methodologies for interfacing with the team and system.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee research, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of technology for managed system capabilities and upgrades; interface with business clients to ensure concerns are managed.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop/propose ideas related to systematic improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and review system design and technical implementations.</p> </li><li> <p>Review error summaries with internal teams and recommend opportunities to improve implementations.</p> </li><li> <p>Review any communications/technical notes from associated vendors and ensure all relevant technical teams are involved in any upgrades.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute on a technology and process roadmap for owned systems.</p> </li><li> <p>May develop, mentor, train, and guide other staff members.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as escalation point for complex issue resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously seek to improve efficiency and quality across owned systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Champion and monitor adherence to industry leading technology management practices within the team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li></ul> <p>Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 - 8+ years of relevant systems and technology experience required</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of full stack development and/or architecture experience required</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of supervisory experience working with internal and vendor teams required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams and matrix organizations required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communications skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audiences required</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively manage multiple business priorities and expectations with relatively fixed resource capacity required</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to collaborate with and support colleagues to solve problems required</p> </li><li> <p>Broad understanding of the healthcare industry and EmblemHealth's position in the industry preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of healthcare business and IT strategies preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>Requisition ID: 1000003036 </li><li>Hiring Range: $92,880-$178,200 </li></ul>
