Schwab Advisor Services serves over 16,000 independent advisory firms who custody over $5 trillion of assets with Schwab.</p> <p>This individual will be a part of the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics department within Advisor Services. Specific to the analytics function, the department delivers data-driven insights and enables accountability through the tracking and reporting of key metrics.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>The Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant is responsible for leading analytical projects. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Additional responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Leverage strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics and emerging technologies (AI) </li><li>Establish a trusted partnership with colleagues and stakeholders </li></ul> <p>The role is not available as fully remote. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from the following Charles Schwab campus locations:</p> <ul> <li>Westlake, TX </li><li>Orlando, FL </li></ul> <p>What you have</p> <p>Required Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders </li><li>5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python) </li><li>Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel </li></ul> <p>Preferred Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree or MBA </li><li>5+ years of experience with statistical tools (R, SAS); Experience with AI or machine learning is a plus </li><li>5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, PowerBI, Tableau) </li><li>5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment </li></ul> <p>In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.</p>
