With effective communication and leadership skills, you inspire teams to deliver exceptional results tailored to the specific needs of educational institutions.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Play a key role in building the Higher Education Oracle Student Cloud practice by actively participating in pre-sales activities and overseeing the implementation of Oracle Student Cloud projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Take the lead in Student Financial Planning Functional Design Workshops to identify business requirements, address functionality gaps, and develop necessary solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Oracle Student product team to validate new functionality and provide client feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide design options through prototype development, catering to specific requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the project team on reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversea configuration of Oracle Student Cloud Application according to client requirements and thoroughly document application setups.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist clients in designing an effective test approach for Student financial planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly provide updates on project health to client leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Share knowledge to enhance implementation methodology.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed about industry trends and Oracle features.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide team members and clients through the complete lifecycle of Oracle Cloud projects.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering transformation programs in the higher education sector / working with clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of functional end to end project implementation experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Ellucian Banner modules including one or more of the following: Financial Aid, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Advisement, Campus Community, Admissions</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
