Join Casey's as a Distribution Center Custodian. In this role, you will perform cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain our distribution center.</p> <ul> <li>Follows the Daily Sanitation Schedule for area assigned, including Ambient, Freezer, Cooler, inside and outside facility. </li><li>Performs cleaning of all floor areas such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, including operation of floor scrubbing equipment. </li><li>Cleans, disinfects and maintains supplies in the rest rooms, locker rooms, and Breakrooms. </li><li>Follows Color Code Sanitation Practices. </li><li>Cleans, disinfects and washes all glass surfaces; any high touch surfaces and dusts and polishes furniture. </li><li>Maintains a clean and orderly Custodial Supply Closet. </li><li>Collects trash from receptacles throughout the building, and empties it into designated area. </li><li>Removes unusable cardboard, plastic, and wood pieces throughout the DC and disposes of those items in the designated areas. </li><li>Safely operates the Cardboard Baler Machine, Ride-on Floor Scrubber, and general warehouse equipment as needed. </li><li>Performs other related duties, as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Monday through Friday approximately 6am - 2:30p</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Starting Pay: $15.75/hour. Team Members are eligible for an increase to $17.50/hour after 6 months of employment based on meeting performance standards.</p> <p>Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe manner.</p> <p>Knowledge of sanitation practices.</p> <p>Work is performed in a building complex setting.</p>
