<p>Duties</p> <p>Assume overall administration of the school to protect the health and welfare of all students and staff. Establish and maintain an effective learning climate in the school. Delegate, plan, organize, direct, and supervise all building activities. Supervise and evaluate all certified and non-certified employees assigned to the junior high school. Assume educational leadership in the building. Answers directly to the Building Principal and Superintendent of Schools.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Applicants must hold an Illinois Professional Education License in the State of Illinois.
