This includes daily branch activity, logistics, safety, profit and loss (P&L) management, employee supervision, resource management, process adherence, and identifying improvement opportunities.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the day-to-day activities of one or more branch locations. Manage, motivate, and train employees </li><li>Establish the budget for the general operations and office activities </li><li>Develops short and long-term objectives for the branch operations </li><li>Implements business strategies set forth by Senior Management as well as review and implement company and department procedures </li><li>Review and audit various reports and information such as direct billing edit report, customer credits, customer invoices, and vendor credit listings </li><li>Authorizes all credits issued to customers and investigates and resolves pricing problems and discrepancies </li><li>Order fulfilment surveillance, supporting sales, inventory surveillance and warehouse management, order processing, material management, customer interface, build strong customer/supplier relationships </li><li>Oversees facilities maintenance including communicating with landlords.
