Fathom's extensive certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Design, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100:2016, NIST 800-171 and ITAR.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Write and optimize CNC programs for various machines including 3-5 axis vertical mills and lathes. </li><li>Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues. </li><li>Team Lead (optional): Assist in mentoring and training junior programmers, manage production schedules. </li><li>Support shop floor setups and knowledge transfer </li><li>Create documentation for the shop floor including tooling lists and setup sheets </li><li>Design work holding fixtures </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education (GED) </li></ul> <p>required.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to program using CAD/CAM </li></ul> <p>software, MasterCam experience is preferred, with expertise in multi-axis machining</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of machining processes and workholding techniques </li><li>The ability to read blueprints and execute shop </li></ul> <p>math.</p> <ul> <li>Complete work in an accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Ability to work weekends and overtime as required. </li><li>Proficient understanding of G-code </li><li>Proficient understanding of Geometric Dimensioning </li></ul> <p>and Tolerancing</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong work ethic and high attention to detail </li><li>Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team </li></ul> <p>environment</p> <ul> <li>Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential </li></ul> <p>information</p> <ul> <li>Team Lead(Optional):Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
