<p>This position is located within a fast-paced Operations environment processing EDI tenders, managing multiple Transportation Management Systems and assisting the Territory Account Managers and Special Accounts Manager with load solicitation, entry and updates.</p> <p>This role is in office Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Assess loads offered for acceptability - equipment type, driver requirement, dimensions, length of haul/day of week </li><li>Respond to and process electronic and manual load tenders </li><li>Enter loads with zero defect, in timely manner </li><li>Communicate quickly and accurately with all Territory Account Managers as loads are offered </li><li>Schedule pick up appointments on various Transportation Management Systems </li><li>Monitor and manage communications with multiple Transportation Management Systems </li><li>Manage electronic load cancellations and communicate changes immediately to appropriate Territory Account Manager </li><li>Close loads in various Transportation Management Systems </li><li>Provide Territory Account Managers with dimensions for all over dimensional loads </li><li>Update OD and detention charges on various Transportation Management Systems </li><li>Update shared documents when customers are transitioned to EDI or changes/updates made - EDI Book of Codes and Website Login spreadsheets specifically </li><li>Prioritize quickly and effectively which tenders require immediate response </li><li>Communicate often and well to ensure priority loads managed by other iTech Coordinators are entered timely </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required, college degree preferred. </li><li>2 years customer service experience in a fast paced environment. Transportation experience preferred. </li><li>Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel specifically). Experience with AS400 preferred. </li><li>Must be able to communication clearly, handle stressful situations and pay close attention to detail. Must also be able to work and perform as a team player. </li></ul>
