This role blends deep NetSuite product expertise with strategic consulting and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, a hands-on implementer, and a trusted advisor capable of translating business needs into scalable NetSuite Solutions.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Client teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with client objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate technical capabilities into real business value.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop detailed business and functional requirements documents.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee configuration, customization and deployment of NetSuite modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide hands-on support for data migration, testing, and go-live activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison for fine-tuning requirements with on-shore, near-shore, and offshore teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines solution architecture and implementation plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and risk identification.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor and guide team members in best practices.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite architecture and implementations.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>NetSuite Certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, ETC.)</p> </li><li> <p>NetSuite Enterprise client experience</p> </li><li> <p>NSAW & NS EPM experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of NetSuite's AI capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Pre-Sales Solutioning Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Spanish language fluency</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
