This individual will support the production and editing of video content across digital, social, and internal platforms. The ideal candidate is a technically capable, detail-oriented editor who's passionate about storytelling and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Edit video content for a variety of platforms including social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube), web, and internal presentations </li><li>Assist senior editors on larger campaigns and post-production workflows </li><li>Cut select content independently including quick-turn edits, promotional videos, and internal communications </li><li>Apply basic motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, and light transitions as needed </li><li>Source music, sound effects, and b-roll to elevate edits </li><li>Organize and manage media assets using cloud-based workflows and local storage </li><li>Maintain brand consistency in pacing, tone, and visual style </li><li>Export and format videos for different platforms and deliverables </li><li>Stay up to date with post-production tools and social video trends </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional or internship experience in video editing (agency, brand, or freelance) </li><li>Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects preferred </li><li>Some experience with typography and motion graphics for video preferred </li><li>Understanding of video formats for digital, social, and internal use </li><li>Ability to organize projects and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously </li><li>Open to feedback and collaborative in a team environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for creative problem-solving </li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with Frame.io, LucidLink, Media Encoder, and Adobe Creative Suite </li></ul> <p>Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary.
