We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.</p> <p>We are seeking a Plant Team - Prestress for County Prestress & Precast at Lockport, IL.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Steel Fabrication </li><li>Concrete placement </li><li>Form set up/ tear down </li><li>Bed preparation </li><li>Pulling Strand </li><li>Finishing (painting/grouting) </li><li>Yard product placement </li><li>Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials </li><li>Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job </li><li>Other tasks as needed </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures </li><li>Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards </li><li>Work in a noisy environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequently </li><li>Carrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionally </li><li>Standing / Walking / Climbing </li><li>Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending </li><li>Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with concrete and concrete related equipment is beneficial </li><li>Able to withstand working outdoors </li><li>Must be able to bend and lift to 80 lbs. during a standard shift on a consistent basis </li></ul>
