Certifies renewal of residential default attorneys, maintains the database.</p> </li><li> <p>Collateral Reviews: to include:</p> </li><li> <p>Requests for partial releases; transfer real property to a trust or LLC.</p> </li></ul> <p>add or remove a name from a deed. Assists in regulatory projects</p> <p>and new product development sponsored by lines of business.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for managing the daily workflow review of service of process documents (foreclosure/bankruptcy notifications, summons & complaints, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service and good outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides support to consumer restructure and recovery</p> </li><li> <p>Training in substantive areas of law and job responsibilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs such other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Candidates with undergraduate degree (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.</p> </li><li> <p>Paralegal certificate required</p> </li><li> <p>Seven or more years of related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Retail banking, mortgage lending, foreclosure and litigation experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with conducting research on various state/county land record sites</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel and Word, Adobe PDF.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong legal research skills and experience using legal research tools such as Lexis Nexis or Westlaw</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interact with outside counsel in a professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Must write well and have strong organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well independently and exercise good judgment</p> </li><li> <p>High degree of technical aptitude and proficiency</p> </li></ul> <p>The estimated base salary range for this position is $35.00 USD to $45.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
