Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.</p> <p>Your role and responsibilities</p> <p>As a Package Consultant specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, you will operate in the enterprise software and performance management domain, implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite to enhance key financial processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring the EPM solutions are tailored effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Functionally lead Financial Consolidation Close and Account Reconciliation projects. </li><li>Functionally lead Financial Planning solutions which includes Annual Financial Planning and Reporting solutions. </li><li>Lead all discovery/solution-design discussions. </li><li>Provide guidelines to develop the team as well as work on configuration setup as needed. </li><li>Lead testing efforts and assist with client support. </li><li>Lead client training initiatives. </li><li>Assist in driving test scenarios for projects. </li></ul> <p>This Role can be performed from Anywhere in the U.S</p> <p>Required education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Required technical and professional expertise</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EPM implementation experience with 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Cloud Applications as Module Lead </li><li>Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client needs and developing EPM solutions that solve complex business problems </li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide subject matter expertise in core Oracle Cloud EPM modules including experience in: </li><li>FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services </li><li>ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Services </li><li>Narrative Reporting </li><li>Bank Reconciliation and Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting </li><li>Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles </li><li>Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, providing subject matter guidance, system integration testing, training and production deployment </li><li>Able to work in a IBM-paced environment with a diverse group of people </li><li>Able to effectively collaborate with Customers, PMO, Onsite & Offshore team </li><li>Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills </li><li>Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude </li><li>4-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) </li><li>Able to travel per project and organizational needs. </li></ul> <p>Preferred technical and professional experience</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT</p> <p>IBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.</p>
