The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and a detailed course list is available at http://www.villanova.edu/artsci/hrd. The applicant must be committed to excellence in human resource development education and hold at a minimum a master's degree in human resources or related field.</p> <p>Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order.
