Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte, Contadina and S&W. We are currently seeking Seasonal Worker III - Lift Truck Driver for 2nd Shift. The Seasonal Worker III - Lift Truck Driver is responsible for the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks within the Distribution Center. This is a temporary seasonal position that supports key DC functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory management, and product put-away, while maintaining compliance with safety standards, GMP, and engineered labor standards.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Drive pallets to and from label lines, wrapper machine, and store product in correct warehouse rows. </li><li>Restock divider sheets and wooden pallets to gallon machines. </li><li>Perform other driver duties as required. </li><li>Maintain open communication with stock controllers and supervisors. </li><li>Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly. </li><li>Comply with OSHA, GMP, and all applicable safety standards. </li><li>Assist in maintaining warehouse security. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Powered industrial lift truck qualification </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills </li><li>Compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards. </li><li>Prior experience operating powered industrial lift trucks </li><li>Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment </li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. </li><li>Any equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. </li><li>Please note: This position does not qualify for relocation expenses.* </li></ul> <p>Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a global leader in the production, distribution, and marketing of fresh and fresh cut fruits and vegetables.
