The individual will facilitate conference calls between the referring provider and accepting physician and communicate identified concerns to the referring provider and the hospital supervisor as applicable. The PTP RN maintains a comprehensive view of the patient admission and transfer process including initiation of emergency transport needs, having a close partnership with emergency communication centers to expedite helicopter, fixed wing, and critical care transport needs and requests.</p> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.</p> <p>Minimum Required: Diploma or Associate degree in nursing.</p> <p>Preferred/Optional: Bachelor's degree in nursing.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Minimum Required: Three years' clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care setting.</p> <p>Preferred/Optional: Intensive Care, emergency department, or other medical/surgical nursing experience.</p> <p>CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES</p> <p>The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.</p> <p>Minimum Required: Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or Nurse Compact License.
