<p>QC and QA Administrative Assistant</p> <p>Position overview</p> <p>The QA/QC Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of clerical, administrative and general office duties in support of management at the RLS Curia site. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Supervisory responsibilities</p> <p>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Essential job duties</p> <ul> <li>Perform QA/QC administrative duties as required, including preparing documents, making photocopies, scanning documents and presentations, uploading documents into various programs, assisting in onboarding new employees, and/or overseeing employee engagement activities </li><li>Ordering various office and laboratory supplies to keep the QA/QC areas operational </li><li>Track items from ordering to arrival at the site. Help determine use frequency to set up routine orders </li><li>Participate in special projects and coordinate site activities as requested </li><li>File QA and QC documentation physically and electronically when required. </li><li>Tabulate QC sample data documentation physically and electronically </li><li>Support customer and regulatory audits by assisting in document and information retrieval </li><li>Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality of products and/or services at the site </li><li>Participate in self-development activities and training of others </li><li>Exhibit safety awareness and safe work practices </li></ul> <p>Education, experience, certification and licensures</p> <p>Required</p> <p>High school education or equivalent</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-2 years' professional administrative experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <p>Degree in any field</p> <p>Knowledge, skills and abilities</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and/or PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and Concur </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills </li><li>Strong time management skills and ability to manage calendars </li><li>Highly organized with focused attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work in a high-pressure environment both independently and as a team player </li><li>Self-motivated, extremely efficient, flexible, highly responsible, and able to set priorities as needed </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public </li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
