<p>POSITION: Research Analyst</p> <p>COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>As the Business Development Research Analyst, you are primarily responsible for assisting with the new business development process including market and property analysis, contract administration, client relationship and communication, entity and license management, and other tasks related to new business procurement.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Market research including rent supply & demand metrics and overall market dynamics. </li><li>Assist with the preparation of management opportunity proposals and presentations, including graphic charts and financial analyses. </li><li>Assist with the physical and economic due diligence, including property inspections, contract review, books and record review, and review of leases and records. </li><li>Prepare market and industry research to identify target markets: communities, and/or clients. </li><li>Maintain pipeline of new business and all stages of the business development process. </li><li>Organize conference agendas, meetings, and attend as needed. </li><li>Prepare and respond to RFP and other client requests. </li><li>Assist on PR and soliciting Cardinal Group Companies. </li><li>Ongoing organization and coordination of reports for new business. </li><li>Evaluate and provide insight into economic activity conditions and trends. </li><li>Implement strategies for lead generation and perform independent research on candidates for the Business Development team to pursue. </li><li>Run and adjust the Fee Calculator model to inform the Business Development team about margins and potential structures. </li><li>Assist with travel planning for the Business Development team. </li><li>Read, comment, work with company attorney (as needed), and updating legal documents (PNIA, MSA, Term Sheets, etc.) that are in the negotiation process. </li><li>Participate in Cardinal U training as required. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Excellent time management and organization skills as well as a professional attitude. </li><li>Desire to work in a team environment with highly skilled professionals who demand excellence in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong work ethic, integrity, passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills required. </li><li>Available to travel as needed. </li><li>Strong analytical skills including a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word, and PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software systems. </li><li>Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal's Core Values every day. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
