Collaborate with program staff on site planning and development, content organization, and troubleshooting. Provide training to agency program staff </li><li>Provide technical support for DEC.ny.gov, the agency's public website (Drupal CMS experience preferred) and the content request system (Microsoft 365/PowerAutomate/Planner/Teams experience preferred) </li><li>Manage development of agency's online forms using Drupal, Adobe Acrobat, and NForms solutions </li><li>Assist with coordination of agency digital technology needs </li><li>Coordinate web posting for the Environmental Notice Bulletin with program and executive staff </li><li>Assist with posting regulations and related content </li><li>Assist with special web and digital projects for the agency -- high-profile web page development, intranet management (SharePoint communication site experience preferred), digital analytics reports, etc. </li><li>Apply style guidelines to produce high-quality and accurate work in accordance with agency policies and strategies for digital communications </li><li>Oversee content development on agency priority messages related to health and safety concerns, regulations, regional offices, and press release posting coordination. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications Six years of experience in public relations, social media, and digital</p> <p>communications.
