<p>CTG is seeking to fill a Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Finance R2R Lead position for our client. Location: Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA preferred; open to other U.S. locations within East or Central time zones (onsite preferred; if remote, travel to client site 1-2 times per month required) Duration: 6 months with possible extension Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Duties: Lead techno-functional design, specifications, error handling, code reviews, and rapid development fixes for Oracle Fusion Finance R2R modules. Analyze business requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and translate into detailed technical and functional design specifications. Provide deep expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management. Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, customizations, and reporting solutions. Support full lifecycle implementations including design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare. Troubleshoot production and implementation issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, SCM, Inventory, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment. Define and document functional specifications for RICEW objects (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows). Lead integration design discussions and coordinate with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and downstream systems. Drive data migration strategy including validation, mock loads, and cutover execution. Develop and execute testing strategies including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management. Ensure compliance with governance, audit requirements, and corporate standards. Act as escalation point for Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM-related issues. Lead impact assessments for quarterly updates and manage regression testing and change management processes. Prepare training materials, conduct user training sessions, and support business readiness activities. Mentor junior team members and ensure delivery excellence across the project lifecycle. Create executive-level status reports, risk logs, mitigation plans, and progress dashboards. Drive delivery of legacy modernization solutions leveraging Oracle technologies. Skills: Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting). Proficiency with Financial Reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting (FR). Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and accounting best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet aggressive deadlines. Experience: 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion). 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience. Proven experience leading end-to-end R2R implementations and managing complex integrations. Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced finance environments preferred. Prior experience in Fleet, Rental Car, or Automotive industries (e.g., Hertz, Avis, Enterprise) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage deliverables. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
