<p>#LI-CF2 #LI-Hybrid</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Practice Leadership:</p> </li><li> <p>Define the vision, strategy, and goals for the Sage 100 Practice.</p> </li><li> <p>Build, mentor, and manage a team of Sage 100 consultants, project managers, and technical specialists.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the relationship with Sage, and other relevant partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Engagement & Delivery:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and manage Sage 100 implementations, upgrades, and support projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as an escalation point for clients and internal project teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Business Development:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow the Sage 100 client base.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with sales and marketing to respond to RFPs, create proposals, and close new business.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify new opportunities for service offerings and revenue streams.</p> </li><li> <p>Practice Operations:</p> </li><li> <p>Manage project profitability, resource allocation, and utilization within the practice.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and report on KPIs, project outcomes, and client satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current with Sage 100 updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration:</p> </li><li> <p>Work cross-functionally with other practice leads, technical teams, and leadership to support integrated solutions and overall organizational goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). </li><li>8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with significant experience in Sage 100 implementations and support. </li><li>3+ years in a leadership or management role within a consulting organization. </li><li>Proven track record of successful project delivery, client management, and business development. </li><li>Strong understanding of Sage 100 architecture, modules, and integrations. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and teams in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Relevant Sage 100 certifications preferred. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>8 years of experience in public accounting or related field </li><li>6 years of supervisory experience </li><li>Must have active CPA or equivalent certification </li><li>Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skills </li><li>Must be able to travel based on client and business needs </li></ul>
