<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Blackberry Mountain - Walland, TN</p> <p>Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $16.50 Hourly</p> <p>Job Shift: Day</p> <p>Description and Qualifications</p> <p>The Spa Coordinator is responsible for providing 5-star service to our guests when they are visiting the spa, and attending to their needs, multi-tasking with the daily operation of front and back of house in the Spa. This position is the first and last person our guests encounter when planning and visiting the spa. This position is considered to be the first and last impression of the Spa for all guests visiting or receiving treatments.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Book spa appointments for all leisure and group guests </li><li>Create new books </li><li>Deliver paperwork to front desk each evening and pick up daily shift report in morning </li><li>Answer all incoming phone calls and retrieving messages from VM </li><li>Coordinate therapist, nail techs and esthetician schedules </li><li>Ensure that the "Look" of the Spa meets Blackberry Mountain standards </li><li>Assist in the stocking and restocking of towels, linens, and other spa related items within the spa </li><li>Complete confirmations for spa treatments and products in a time manner </li><li>Oversee all billing and ticket functions </li><li>Responsible for opening and closing the spa </li><li>Assist with picking up and dropping off each day's laundry </li><li>Answer guest's questions about spa and BMTN </li><li>Read daily traces and share pertinent information with therapists. Create new traces when necessary </li><li>Balance book for following day and logging services in network spreadsheet </li><li>Verify accuracy of current days' services in Fidelio </li><li>Assist with inventory counts as needed </li><li>Make Maintenance and Service requests as needed </li><li>Coordinate guest transportation </li><li>Sale of spa treatments and products </li><li>Assist with stocking retail </li><li>Promote in-house sales to fill in available services daily </li><li>Greet all guests and assist them as necessary </li><li>Order spa office supplies as needed </li><li>Assist with maintaining cleanliness within the spa facility </li><li>Complete daily task list </li></ul> <p>Must comply with all company policies and procedures.</p> <p>To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance in required.</p> <p>Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.</p> <p>Must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends.</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Microsoft Office computer skills </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers and team members </li></ul> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge and understanding of math </li></ul> <p>REASONING ABILITY</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to climb stairs regularly </li><li>Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>5,200 acres of Blackberry Mountain property </li><li>Must be able to work in a calm and quiet spa setting </li></ul> <p>About Blackberry</p> <p>Blackberry Mountain, a Relais & Châteaux property, continues a legacy of world-renowned hospitality and unwavering dedication and appreciation for the land.
