To learn more about Team OC please visit https://www.orthocarolina.com/about-us</p> <p>We are looking for a Post-Surgical Services Technician to join our team.</p> <p>6am to 2pm; hours may vary; on call every 6-7 weeks, travel required</p> <p>The Post-Surgical Service Technician acts as a service technician by delivering equipment ordered by physician, and training patient in use; offers additional products as needed such as custom orthotics (ex. Ligament bracing). Communicates with patients providing them with co-insurance amounts and collects co-pays. Follows up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and arranges pick-up for rental items.
