Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. </li><li>Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. </li><li>Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. </li><li>Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 16 years old or older. </li><li>Basic Certified Nursing Aid certification preferred but not required </li><li>Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment strength and agility test at Medium Level of Work. </li></ul>
