<p>YOUR MISSION</p> <p>As a Network Engineer, you will design, operate, and optimize the enterprise network that powers True Anomaly's engineering, manufacturing, and cloud-connected environments. You'll work across complex on-prem topologies, hybrid cloud connectivity, and secure networking architectures to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.</p> <p>You'll be joining a rapidly growing environment where your expertise will directly influence the stability and performance of our mission-critical infrastructure.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, segmentation, VPN, and firewall services. </li><li>Operate and support Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Juniper switching/routing platforms (or equivalent vendor experience). </li><li>Build and maintain hybrid connectivity between on-prem environments and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.). </li><li>Troubleshoot complex networking issues including routing loops, BGP/OSPF behavior, latency, packet loss, and inter-VLAN connectivity. </li><li>Manage network performance, capacity planning, telemetry, and monitoring. </li><li>Implement and maintain network security practices including segmentation and firewall rule hygiene. </li><li>Support compliance-driven requirements aligned to CMMC and contribute to environments where ITAR or FedRAMP considerations may be present (not core to the role). </li><li>Participate in an on-call rotation for critical network escalations. </li><li>Document architectures, change plans, diagrams, and runbooks. </li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams in a high-velocity, fast-moving environment. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting enterprise-class environments. </li><li>Strong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VRFs, STP, DNS, DHCP). </li><li>Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) and routing/switching (Juniper preferred). </li><li>Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-connected networks (Azure, AWS, or GCP). </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with packet captures, performance metrics, and logs. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. </li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills. </li><li>Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (CMMC, ITAR, FedRAMP) - helpful but not required. </li><li>Availability to participate in an on-call rotation. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Active or previously held TS/SCI clearance (preferred but not required). </li><li>Experience with security-focused networking architectures or compliance programs (CMMC, ITAR, FedRAMP). </li><li>Network automation or scripting experience (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar). </li><li>Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, JNCIS/JNCIP, CCNP, or equivalent. </li><li>Experience with SD-WAN, multi-site networking, or data center architectures. </li><li>Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-security, compliance-heavy environments. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>Colorado Base Salary: $100,000-$135,000 </li><li>California Base Salary: $105,000-$140,000 </li><li>Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li></ul> <p>Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.</p> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Work Location-successful candidates will be located near our Denver or Long Beach facilities.
