More details can be found at the following link https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits.</p> <p>Duties: Build, develop, and scale comprehensive marketing strategies and toolkits that scale globally, ensuring that they can adapt to be locally relevant in each region or country. Craft the learning agenda in partnership with research teams, unifying insights across diverse sources to inform and guide ongoing product development as well as central/ regional marketing and engagement programs. Influence and shape Earner product and business strategies and roadmaps to strengthen Earner satisfaction and supply hours, closely partnering with the senior leaders within Product, Ops, Comm Ops, Comms and Policy. Develop and execute GTM strategies for major product launches, developing compelling naming, messaging, positioning and campaign narratives, setting goals and metrics for success and coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring flawless execution. Develop comprehensive global marketing strategies and briefs, developing tailored channel strategies and guiding cross-functional and regional teams to support in local implementation of best practices. Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems. May telecommute.</p> <p>Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Business, Mathematics, or related field, and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.</p> <p>Position requires:</p> <ol> <li>Designing and conducting marketing research and competitive analysis using primary methods like Typeform surveys, Qualtrics surveys, customer interviews and real-time user testing; </li><li>Conducting data analysis, interpreting data including campaign measurement, correlation, and confidence intervals, and using analytical tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics and Tableau. </li><li>Developing go-to-market strategies and plans for new product; launches, leveraging project management and presentation tools like Figma, PowerPoint/ Google Slides, Excel/ Google Sheets and Asana; </li><li>Developing, launching, optimizing, and measuring email marketing campaigns, using 3rd party email marketing and automation software like MailChimp, Constant Contact or 1st party tools; </li><li>Developing, launching, optimizing, and measuring social marketing campaigns leveraging 3rd party social marketing software like WordPress and YouTube; </li><li>Creating marketing assets and collateral, including writing and editing copy and creative asset development (e.g., videos) for channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social marketing, or web marketing, leveraging tools such as Figma, Google Workspace and iMovie; </li><li>Setting, allocating, and tracking a marketing budget, distributing spend across relevant marketing channels, leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel/ Google slides or other budget planning tools. </li></ol> <p>Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
