<p>Broward Health Corporate Spectrum</p> <p>Shift: Shift 1</p> <p>FTE: 1.000000</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Accommodation Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional service in the administration of federal workplace accommodations. This position will assess and process accommodation requests in accordance with Federal guidelines and internal procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and minimal risk. In addition, it is essential that this position identify and provide recommendations regarding updates to the law and process improvement enhancements in support of the implementation and maintenance of automated workflows. The consultant will educate employees, leaders and HR staff on the intricate aspects of the leave administration and accommodation process to include the role and responsibility of the Workplace Accommodation Consultant.
