Their work includes upgrading machinery, defining production methods, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.</p> <p>Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities</p> <p>Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine production methods to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs</p> <p>Production Planning: Develop workflows, arrange equipment layouts, and establish assembly processes for new and existing products</p> <p>Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix equipment problems while addressing production bottlenecks</p> <p>Quality Control: Create and maintain quality standards, including testing and inspection procedures</p> <p>Equipment Management: Identify, install, and validate new manufacturing equipment</p> <p>Collaboration: Partner with design, R&D, and leadership teams to move products from prototype to full-scale production</p> <p>Safety & Compliance: Ensure all processes meet health, safety, and regulatory requirements</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering</p> <p>Technical Skills: Experience with CAD tools (such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD), PLC programming, and automation systems (e.g., robotics and sensors)</p> <p>Methodologies: Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis techniques</p> <p>Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities</p>
