Keep reading to learn more.</p> <p>Pay | $38 - $50 per hour</p> <p>Schedule | Monday - Friday (7 AM - 3:30 PM)</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>5+ years of HVAC-related work experience </li><li>Leadership experience </li><li>EPA Universal certification </li><li>21 years of age or older </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly </li><li>A valid driver's license </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>In this role, you'll lead and perform hands-on work on commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings. You'll drive timely, high-quality service, guide a team of HVAC Technicians, and support a world-class facility with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of complex HVAC systems</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of HVAC Technicians for maintenance and repairs </li><li>Deliver preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance for commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components: boilers, chillers, steam systems, air handlers, ductwork, fan motors, pulleys, and condensate systems </li><li>Understand and implement HVAC control systems and sequencing of operations </li><li>Manage EPA-compliant refrigerant use, recovery, and documentation </li><li>Utilize multiple trade skills-electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting-to resolve maintenance issues efficiently </li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, pre-task planning, and regulatory procedures </li><li>Identify, order, and manage HVAC parts, supplies, and tools for efficient workflow </li><li>Oversee documentation-complete service reports and communicate clearly with supervisors, customers, and vendors via computer/email </li><li>Build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow team members </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
