<p>Job Description:</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>GUES is seeking a Business Partnership Coordinator to serve as the operational lead for the Advanced Manufacturing Employer Partnership (AMEP).</p> <p>Apply Here: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs?clientkey=2BA8735FB0F0509238D64866FDAB309D&fromClientSide=true</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <ol> <li>Convening & Engagement </li></ol> <ul> <li>Plan and facilitate quarterly AMEP convenings, biweekly leadership meetings, and working group sessions. </li><li>Coordinate with United Way and other RSP conveners to avoid scheduling conflicts. </li><li>Support employer-led action teams aligned with the National Fund for Workforce Solutions' Job Design Framework. </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, educators, workforce boards, and community partners. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Employer Outreach & Recruitment </li></ol> <ul> <li>Conduct direct outreach to manufacturers, schools, CBOs, and higher education institutions to expand AMEP membership. </li><li>Drive annual membership growth (+5% minimum). </li><li>Support employer recruitment for hiring events, mentorship programs, STEAM initiatives, and job quality projects. </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Program Management </li></ol> <ul> <li>Coordinate mentorship, STEAM, K12 outreach, and workforce development initiatives. </li><li>Support youth and student pipeline development, including connections to RiverTech and Goodwin University programs. </li><li>Collaborate with CWP on hiring events, job fairs, and employer grant navigation. </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Communications &; Marketing </li></ol> <ul> <li>Manage AMEP's website, social media presence, and marketing campaigns. </li><li>Highlight employer partners, job opportunities, and success stories. </li><li>Develop outreach materials and maintain consistent branding and messaging. </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Events Planning &; Execution </li></ol> <p>Coordinate AMEPsponsored events including:</p> <p>o Regional hiring events (=1 annually)</p> <p>o Networking events (=2 annually)</p> <p>o Trade shows and manufacturing month activities</p> <p>o Employer-focused trainings on job quality, job design, and retention strategies</p> <p>o Ensure events meet participation and impact targets.</p> <ol start="6"> <li>Data, Reporting & Dashboard Management </li></ol> <ul> <li>Collect, analyze, and report quarterly outcome data within required timelines. </li><li>Maintain and update AMEP's Power BI data dashboard. </li><li>Track KPIs including job placements, retention, employer engagement, youth participation, and job quality improvements. </li><li>Ensure compliance with United Way and funder reporting requirements. </li></ul> <ol start="7"> <li>Operational Coordination </li></ol> <ul> <li>Support financial reporting, grant alignment, and administrative processes. </li><li>Maintain clear communication channels with GUES leadership, United Way, CWP, and AMEP employer leaders. </li><li>Contribute to annual workplan development and quarterly performance reviews. </li></ul> <p>Hiring Pay Range: $75,000</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:</p> <ul> <li>N/A </li></ul> <p>WORK EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in workforce development, manufacturing partnerships, employer engagement, or sector based initiatives. </li><li>Demonstrated success in convening diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaborative initiatives. </li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing workforce needs and regional labor market dynamics. </li><li>Experience with youth pipelines, K12 partnerships, or STEAM programming is highly desirable. </li><li>Excellent communication, relationship building, and project management skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. </li><li>Proficiency with data systems, dashboards (Power BI preferred), and outcome reporting. </li><li>Comfort with public speaking, event coordination, and employer-facing engagement </li></ul>
