<p>The City of Nicholasville is accepting applications/resumes for the position of Human Resources/Payroll Associate, grade 56. Pay scale $25.80 to $33.55. The final hiring rate will be determined during the final step of the interview process.</p> <p>Under general administrative direction performs and assists with administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the human resource department including payroll; assists with maintaining human resources records and documentation; assists with administering employee benefits programs; maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records; performs periodic audits for HR files and records; performs related duties as required.</p> <p>Successful applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) supplemented by two years related work experience, preferably with a governmental organization.
