<p>REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of three years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; flexibility to work with changing priorities and teams in an ever changing environment; proven experience of successfully organizing single or multiple projects as well as multi-tasking and exceptional attention to detail; exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively across all levels, both internally at MIT and nationally with sponsors and partners; tact, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information; ability to function effectively both independently and as a team member; MS Office software skills; familiarity with web site editing and ability and willingness to learn new programs; taking ownership for work by following up on all action items, and delivering high quality results to meet deadlines; willingness to complete human research related CITI training; willingness to complete basic CPR training; and willingness to complete other CCTR related trainings as needed. Occasional remote work may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from leadership. The role also includes occasional travel to partner and collaborator sites as needed. Early mornings or late nights may be required at times.</p> <p>Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.</p> <p>5/6/2025</p> <p>PROGRAM/PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR, Center for Clinical and Translational Research, will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) of the MIT VPR Center for Clinical and Translational Research (CCTR) to ensure smooth operations and project coordination on a rapidly expanding range of activities centered around human research; be responsible for the development of operations processes and general CCTR Standard Operating Protocols as the Center establishes new partnerships with Academic Medical Centers (AMC) and the MIT community at large; administer and support critical operational elements of collaborative initiatives among academic and industry partners including coordination with administrators of various MIT departments and research labs, Tufts CTSI, NIH, Industry and private foundations ensuring that objectives and timelines set by the Principal Investigator/Project Lead are clearly defined and communicated.</p> <p>Find the full job description here.</p>
