The lead role provides oversight of group functioning, assignments and provides clinical supervision to staff in day to day assignments. The Supervisor provides organization and support to the orientation of new staff, incorporation into the hospital and the department as a whole and provides leadership and direction as needed to all members. The Supervisor brings issues forward that are central to the role and contributes to the improvement and ongoing development of core critical processes. The supervisor utilizes principles of patient and family centered care to direct interventions and changes in practice. Minimum of Bachelors required in a clinically related field. Masters Preferred.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>At least four years as a Care Manager in excellent standing.</p> <p>LICENSURE</p> <p>RN licensure in CT, Case Management Certification strongly preferred.</p> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS</p> <p>Leadership, critical thinking, understanding of group dynamics.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMAND</p> <p>Weekend and holiday requirements as needed.</p> <p>YNHHS Requisition ID</p> <p>158694</p>
