The role also includes front desk duties such as scheduling.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Triage patients and record vital signs accurately. </li><li>Room patients efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of appointments. </li><li>Document patient information in the EPIC EMR system with precision. </li><li>Perform front desk duties, including scheduling appointments. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in using the EPIC EMR system. </li><li>Experience in patient triage and recording vital signs. </li><li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification. </li><li>1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Reliability and excellent attendance record. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is in a busy multi-specialty office that sees 80-120 patients per day. The working hours are until 5:00 PM.
