LakeSide Entertainment is seeking a Gaming Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our fast-paced gaming environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Gaming Shift Supervisor, you'll be a key team leader on the floor, responsible for directing staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:</p> <p>Directing gaming floor staff and supervising operations during your shift</p> <p>Resolving customer questions and concerns with professionalism</p> <p>Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures</p> <p>Assisting with staff training and performance coaching</p> <p>Independently balancing funds, cash drawers, and the shift safe</p> <p>Performing minor gaming machine repairs and resets</p> <p>Completing transaction and incident reports accurately</p> <p>Maintaining secure key control and handling jackpots per policy</p> <p>Communicating openly with staff and leadership</p> <p>Providing "red carpet" customer service to all guests</p> <p>Ensuring the security of company assets at all times</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>To thrive in this role, you should be:</p> <p>? At least 18 years old</p> <p>? Experienced in customer service, cash handling, and supervisory duties (1+ year each required)</p> <p>? Experienced in gaming or casino operations (preferred but not required)</p> <p>? Able to manage large sums of cash with precision</p> <p>? Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy, loud environment</p> <p>? Comfortable working on your feet for 6+ hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.</p> <p>? Flexible and available for nights, weekends, and holidays</p> <p>? Able to pass a drug test and gaming background check (no felony convictions)</p> <p>? Reliable and possess dependable transportation</p> <p>?
