<p>LaunchCode is hiring a VP of Marketing to join our team! In this role you will oversee all of LaunchCode's marketing efforts. These efforts are primarily aimed at attracting company partners to hire LaunchCode's candidates and recruiting talent into our talent pipeline. This is a data-driven role with a heavy emphasis on performance marketing. The candidate should have extensive experience in scaling performance-based campaigns across digital and offline channels.</p> <p>In this player-coach position, you'll roll up your sleeves to plan, execute, and analyze paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and grow LaunchCode's network of company partners and its talent pipeline. You will also be responsible for ensuring that ROI-focused measurement is applied to all other digital and offline marketing efforts.
