Our commitment to innovation, patient-centered focus, and scientific excellence drives us to develop groundbreaking treatments including MACI (knee cartilage repair), Epicel and Nexobrid (burn care).</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Reporting to the CHRO, the Director HRBP will support the Commercial & Medical Office functions in the areas of talent management and development, succession planning, change management, compensation, workforce planning, organization development and design, performance management, employee engagement, career ladders and competencies, employee relations and communications.</p> <p>This individual will have strong business acumen with proven ability to effectively align HR solutions to achieve corporate goals.</p> <p>The Director, HRBP must have a demonstrated track record of effective coaching and strategic partnerships with senior leaders and their employees and the interpersonal awareness to effectively build strong client partnerships at all levels. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify and develop leaders and be effective in addressing change and transformation. Ability to analyze trends and use metrics to propose and develop solutions is also critical.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>In-office Monday - Thursday in our Burlington, MA location; flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Guide and support senior management and their employees in developing sustainable programs, practices and behaviors that drive business results. </li><li>Advise and guide talent management, assessment, succession planning and retention initiatives. </li><li>Lead performance management processes ensuring recognition, feedback, consistency and fairness. </li><li>Design and deliver targeted initiatives that build a patient-focused culture and employee engagement. </li><li>Implement employee and leadership development, coaching, career pathing and planning programs. </li><li>Coach and advise managers on team effectiveness, strategic business matters, talent topics and general HR issues. </li><li>Provide coaching to leaders to build management capability. </li><li>Implement comprehensive organizational design initiatives aligned with business strategy. </li><li>Lead workforce planning, ensuring competencies and skills are well defined to hire the best talent. </li><li>Leverage people analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive actions that improve organizational health, engagement, retention, productivity and performance. </li><li>Lead and execute organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high levels of employee engagement. </li><li>Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting a commercial sales organization is required. </li><li>Medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry experience a plus. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or Organizational Design preferred. </li><li>HR Certification strongly preferred. </li><li>Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a blend of business partnering and talent management/development focus. </li><li>Exceptional consulting, influencing, and relationship management skills across all organizational levels. </li><li>Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how HR drives outcomes. </li><li>Expert in feedback, conflict management and employee relations. </li><li>Highly agile and hands-on, able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. </li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred. </li><li>Ability to travel up to 20%. </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement</p> <p>All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or protected veteran status and will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
