We are currently looking for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Thursday-day shift </li></ul> <p>Specific duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Administering medications and treatments </li><li>Assisting with care plans as needed </li><li>Overseeing Nursing Assistants </li><li>Demonstrating excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication, and teamwork </li></ul> <p>Generous shift differentials:</p> <ul> <li>$4.00/hr evening shift differential </li><li>$2.00/hr night shift differential </li></ul> <p>Referral bonus program.</p> <p>Excellent Nurse to resident staffing ratios.
